  1. Don't eat RIGHT before the game/practice.. Wait at least a half hour.

    Have something filling, like pasta and bread. Drink water, of course.


  2. a banana, they are full of nutrition and are yummmy. They also give very high energy and are not fattening!

  3. pasta at least give you an hour to digest the food, banana for cramps, eat one every day it will help a lot with the cramps. and water not Gatorade. Gatorade is for during practice.

  5. gatorade, water, banana, cup oatmeal, think- high, healthy carbs in small amount. Just to give you an energy boost that wont die.

  6. if it is a morning practice, try pancakes or waffles, a big breakfast that will give u a lot of energy! if its a night game, and you have a good cook for a mom, try steak and potatoes! thats what a lot of pros have before games,  

  7. Gatorade is great.  Food?  Eat fruit like an orange, grapes, banana etc.  

  8. Eat in small amounts before going to practice. Maybe half a sandwich or a few chips. Keep in mind that salt dehydrates your body and thats something you DO NOT want before going out and pushing your body for a few hours in the heat. Drink water before you go, but dont drink more than 2 glasses an hour before.
