I would probably go for 24013 natural...but if you're young I think you should be using a toothpaste with added flouride..

It's really doesn't matter what toothpaste do you use, the more important is brushing technic, the way you brushing your teeth.

in my opinion Colgate is the best toothpaste.

any toothpaste approved by the American Dental Association is fine.  it doesnt matter which one you choose.  its the mechanical action of the toothbrush against the teeth that actually cleans your teeth. use a good toothbrush and brush for at least 2 mins twice daily.
