  1. It all depends on where your keloid is.
    I got my tragus pierced a couple of months ago and a keloid formed next to the bar. I cleaned it twice a day with boiling sea salt water and frequently sprayed it with savlon antiseptic spray. It is a few weeks from when i started doing this now and the keloid is shrinking and it harly noticeable.
