  1. Happy hips, Happy heart, are excellent treats and healthy. My dogs love them!

  2. You can give fruits and vegetables, such as carrot slices, pea peas, green beans, apple cubes, etc. (No onions or grapes/raisins.)

You can give dried or freeze-dried meats and organs. Such as chicken jerky fillets, duck jerky fillets, freeze dried liver, freeze dried salmon, freeze dried chicken hearts, etc. Various different dog-treat companies make these things.

Or for other treats, look for natural ingredients. I like Wellness WellBites, Zuke's Mini Naturals, ZiwiPeak Good-Dog treats, and Itty Bitty Buddy Biscuits, to name a few.

For biscuits, I use EVO dog treats. Some other good ones are Canidae Snap-Biscuits, Wellness WellBars, Old Mother Hubbard, and Three Dog Bakery.

    ADD:

Check here for some treat brands. They sell all products with natural ingredients.

    ADD 2:

Stay away from any treats with by-products, corn syrup, artificial colorings (red, yellow, and blue dyes) and, carcogenic preservatives (BHA, BHT, ethoxyquin).

u can get them at most healthy dog food stores.

  4. i found out the hard way about treats and bones i have a yorkie around 7 pounds and he loves treats and bones and i was not careful enough to know that little dogs have very sensitive stomachs and if u do not get the right treats it can hurt there stomachs you have to make sure the treats can dissolve in water to see if it is ok for there small stomachs

  5. the best thing i give my dog that keeps him entertained for a while, and this is a good thing to give them if you are leaving for more than a half an hour.... okay, you get a kong, and put peanut butter in the middle of it, not on the outside, but in the middle, and then you break a biscuit, like iams or something and stick that in the peanut butter, then you put it in the freezer just for a little bit so that the peanut but holds the biscuit in place and then you give your dog that! it always takes my dog a while to get all the peanut butter and biscuit out! haha

  6. gourmet dog treats its what i give my dog
