Whats the best trick or move to do on the trampoline ?

Im runing out of things to do on my trampolining and was wondering if any1 knows a trick or kl thing to perforn on the trampolining? xx

because i have a big trampoline i can do one cartweel into a handstand and then one flip

There are hundreds and hundreds of cool stunts you can learn to do on a trampoline. However it is best to master basic skills BEFORE attempting advanced skills. That is the best and safest way to learn.

It can be useful to organize stunts into two groups: somersaulting stunts and non-somersaulting stunts. Within each group there are basic, intermediate and advanced stunts. However non-somersaulting stunts involve somewhat less risk of serious injury because they do not place the performer upside down over the trampoline where there is a chance a performer might by mistake land directly on the head or neck. Landing directly on the head or neck is how the most serious injuries most often occur.

Whenever you attempt any kind of somersaulting skill there is a little more risk of landing badly and hurting yourself. So you have to be more careful when you try them or take lessons at your local gymnastic school where they use overhead safety belts that hang down from the ceiling. This makes learning them safer and less scary.

There is a very good instructional 90 minute DVD video available that shows a great many cool trampoline stunts. They are taught and demonstrated in the order you should learn them by a WORLD TRAMPOLINE CHAMPION. This allows you to see what they look like when done correctly by an expert who first shows and performs the skill and then explains how to do it.
