  1. My vote would be for the chicken salad, but the cheapest is likely to be the tuna.

  2. I have had a lot of success with little bbq sandwiches.

If you have any leftover meats,--chicken, beef, pork (whatever) you can shred them and warm all the little meats in a pot, add a really tasty bbq sauce--and bam!  You can REALLY make this stretch if you add creative ingredients like chopped vegetables (onions,  broccoli, olives--anything you already have in your pantry). You can even add a can of whole kernel corn if you drain it first.

Before you know it, you'll have a full pot of something tasty to serve that really didn't cost much at all.

  3. try this: toasted bread, ranch, cheese, fried ham, lettuce, onion green peppers, jalapenos, bacon, tomatos, pepper, avocado!!

    or try subway!!!

  4. You can make tons of flavours with chicken, cream cheese and salad -

    Salad

    Cucumber and cream cheese

    cream cheese and tomato

    chicken salad

chicken , cream cheese and pineapple

    Thai chicken

    chicken corination

    Caribbean chicken

    chicken mayo and cucumber

    etc etc

  5. Buy some cheapy luncheon meats, mix slices, ie. bologna, salami, ham, and pre-make sandwiches.   Spread with salad dressing, 1000 Island dressing, top with lettuce leaves.  Use toothpicks to secure four corners and cut into wedges.  Serve with chips, carrots, celery, broccoli, cauliflower (whatever) with Ranch dressing

  6. i think chicken salad

  7. Of the three that you have listed, the best type of party sandwich to make would be the chicken salad as not everybody likes fish and not everyone can eat eggs.  Add some chopped up celery and finely diced onions to the chicken salad so that it goes farther.

    SAC

  8. I don’t know the exact recipe you use for your sandwiches, but keep in mind that some ingredients are harmful to your health if the stay out of the fridge, like mayonnaise. You would not want your guess to get food poisoning. Here is a recipe made in every Puerto Rican party that is very simple, cheap, and can be made in many different ways. I think many countries eat them too, but I’m not sure were. We call it “sanwishitos de mezcla”.

Velveeta cheese (not the sliced one)

Tullip or Spam (ham in a can)

Red roasted sweet peppers (in a can)

    Milk

    Sandwich or club bread

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a blender or food processor, add milk to avoid dryness. The mix should have the consistency of a spread.

Spread mix over club bread and cut as desired. (little triangles, squares, etc.) Many take the crust off.

The mix can be made in advance and will store very well in the refrigerator for many days.

If you want your bread to stay moist you may moist paper towels with milk and put them over the made sandwiches.

  9. Chicken salad is probably the best.  More people would object to tuna salad; and egg salad would be a second choice:)  Unless there will be vegetarians there- then you'll need to do egg salad;  or add some cucumber sandwiches too (really cheap to do)... someone suggested Ham, which isn't a good idea, because alot of people won't eat any pork products.   I think the salad sandwiches are a great idea, since I'm lactose-intolerant and most sandwiches have cheese in them:)

  10. unless you will be having people who don't eat pork I would say an all around favourite is .....

    HAM AND SWISS

tuna...too many people don't like fish

egg-really can stink up a place

    chicken-can be pricey
