Whats the best type of subs?

I want them to have great bass and be very clear. I also want them to be really loud.

in my opinion kicker is cheap and loud but dont sound good...it sounds like u want jl audio but they r expensive ....if ur looking for a cheaper way out get alpine there woofers sound good and get loud ...i read somewhere that there type r is the most common woofer in the world but that could be wrong ...if money isnt an issue go for a 13w7 but that cost around $900 though

Any solo baric kickers. L5's are the best if you dotn want to spend the extra money for the L7's
