  1. Russian restaurant near me does a really nice one.

They just call it Zolotaya on the menu, I'm pretty sure it's called Zolotaya simphonia though.

Got gold flakes in it and tastes of aniseed, best stuff I've ever tasted.

  2. vodka?!?!?! DRINK SOME HENNE!

  3. kettle one vodka...the best!

  4. ive bartended for 6 yrs now and of course u r going to hear the common names, grey goose, absolut, stoli, etc.

i haev been drinking flavored stoli vodkas for yrs now. but my FAV vodka- which is my drink of choice- is VOX

  5. from personal experience i think phillips is the best because it has no burning sensation when swallowed

  6. here is what i found using Google

    http://www.thefiftybest.com/wine/the_win...

if you want my opinion unless you are making martinis or drinking vodka straight, don't waste your $ on fancy expensive vodkas just to mix them with juice.

  7. grey goose...

for a little cheaper i prefer smirnoff to absolute...

and if your really on a budget theres always georgi

  8. Hangar One, but other okay ones are Absolut and Stoli (that's what I can afford to drink!)

  9. Why Grey Goose of course

  10. i think vodka absolutely sucks, try goldschlager.

    it's the best.

    (:

  11. Smirnoff usually wins the taste test for straight shots or mixed drinks.

Skyy Vodka is one of the smoother tasting.

Grey Goose is too harsh an the way down.

Stoli is great straight from the freezer.

Each one has its own distinct taste, I guess it depends on the drinker.

  12. ABS0ULUTE V0DKAA :)

  13. For price and taste, Grey Goose is the best.

For best taste at a bargain, go for Smirnoff (maybe Stoli, which is still a bit pricey).

If you are mixing it with anything like juice or soda (pop, not club soda) then there really isnt any point in going for a "taste" vodka.....just get the stuff that doesnt taste like kerosene.  Smirnoff or Stolichnaya do just fine.

Most people use high end Vodkas for Vodka Martinis or for mixing with something like Tonic or Club Soda.  Mixing a 40 dollar bottle of vodka into some Orange Juice makes about as much sense as drinking a Crown Royal and Coke.

You might think that you can tell the difference between that and a mid to low level comparable Canadian whiskey, but you probably cant.....and it is twice the price.
