I am a woman suffering from pcos, and one of the ugliest and horrifying side effects is this awful facial hair.

Ofcourse Im dark haired, and when I was a teenager I couldnt take the teasing anymore so I shaved it. Yeah, that was definitly the stupidest thing I could have ever done. It wasnt until last year I learned I have pcos.

Anyway, electrolysis and laser is out, I cant afford that.

I used to have it waxed at the salon, and the results were good, BUT, Id rather do it at home because of cost and most importantly, privacy reasons.

What wax comes closest to salon results? Thank you. :)

  1. Anne French is supposed to be a good hair removing cream. You can give it a try.

  2. I use sally hanson waxing kits...they work great for me...

  3. If you have a beauty store around such as sally beauty or ULTA go there, they have multiple brands and I find each person is different to what they want. The best at home wax kit I used was already on the cloth and you rub it between your hands for 10 seconds until warm and set it against the hair and pull. It worked amazing and there was no mess to clean up. I used it for the hair above my lip which fortunately is blonde.

I have also found NADS very helpful and less messier than others too.

I did try Sally Hansens white chocolate wax and it was a nightmare.
