  1. McD

  2. Eat alot of stuff with protein in it like chicken and tuna. Steak and potatoes are good too. Make sure you eat a healthy breakfast EVERY day. (Eggs and bacon will help also) Fast foods just gonna make your stomach fat and you won't be healthy.

  3. you don't want to gain weight you want muscle muscle weight more than fat just work out and eat healthy you can also get muscle milk its great

  4. Eat fast food lol...

    Cheers!

  5. By whos opinion are you under weight? Did a dctor tell you this? It is much better to be thin. Go with that. Think of how many people are considered over weight. It is a national health problem. If you want to put on good weight, exercise, do push ups and pull ups. You will start gaining more mass in the next couple of years anyway. Just be healthy and be yourself.

My first instinct was to tell you to get married...LOL. No you are fine. Everyones body is different. I only reached 5'4". I use to have a real problem with people teasing me about my height. When I turned 17 I started becoming very strong. I became a champion wrestler. I gained self confidance and I could kick the butt of any one in school. Proving that just because I was short, I was not a weaker person. You should join wrestling, you will not be very good at first, but you will be paired with others your weight. It is good for you to see your self grow and get stronger and learn to like your self. You will even make new friends. Girls love a stud.

  6. Sit on your butt and eat alot of carbs.

  7. um eating junnk food is an unhealthy way to gain wight

try eating more bc maybe your not eating enough

    or try gaining muscle

  8. Go to your doctor and ask for advice.
