  1. Join an amateur boxing club

  2. go to ur nearest boxing club and  talk to the trainer and say  tht u want to fight and he will give u a few months to get the basics and maybe put u in for sparrin= light boxing but against some one from ur club

  3. Look in the Yellow Pages for an Ameteur Boxing Club [ABC] and just start there. Also search online. e.g. in you live in Nuneaton search 'Boxing Nuneaton' on google.

    Good Luck

  4. find a gym u can do that with www.boxinggyms.com

then when ur good enough contact ur regions usaboxing registration chair (if u live in the US) and ask him to send u an amateur registration application, itll probably cost about 30 bucks and ull need two passport style pictures and a copy of ur birth certificate. ask the trainers at the gym about gettin fights when ur registered.

  5. Well am 15 and have been at an amature boxing club for about 4/5 months. All you have to do is go to your nearest boxing club and see the manager i started and i'm coming on good. Good news for losing weight i have lost some weight aswell. As you get the basics then ur ready to spar but not to worry about that yet. Boxing training is the best training in my eyes for keeping in shape and learning to fight! :)
