Whats the best way install wood to lime stone block?

I need to replace a basement window, frame and all. And I have a lime stone foundation.

  1. Stainless Steel Tapcons because if you use anything that will rust it

    will expand and crack the Limestone.


  2. you can spend the extra money for stainless tap-cons but i have yet to see a rusty s***w crack a stone in my 36 years of masonry work...
