  1. control ur food and go to gym regularly.

    measure weight before you start working out and also after it. you will loose atleast 4 pounds in between.

    do running at least for 15 minutes so that you can burn 200 cal a day(only from running)

    do a lot of ab crunch, ab king pro, twisting and lot of lats related exercise.

    don't eat rice, potato in dinner

    avoid non-veg, junk food

    finally do everything in dedication. thing that in 3 weeks you are going to loose wet. it's becoz everything it's the way how u think matters more than it's the way u work out.

    They're bad. .

    Let's say you go from 2500 to 2000 calories a day. You lose weight at first but than hit a wall because your body learns how to run on 2000 calories a day. When you go back to your regular diet of 2500 calories, you're body will still run on 2000 & now will have 500 extra to store as fat. Your body will also want to store fat to prepare for another starvation period.

    Denying yourself any food will make you obsess over it & crave it, which would just lead to you over eating that food, but feeling guilty & not enjoying it while you do so.

    Food should not be your enemy, it should be your friend. Convince yourself you can eat anything you want & have the body you want. This helped me a lot. Just telling myself I could eat the whole cake & not gain a pound made it a lot less desirable & I ended up eating less than I would have if I was trying to deny myself any. People want the forbidden fruit.

    Eat everything & anything you want!!

    The only things you should think about is only eating when you're hungry (never worry about finishing your plate!!), and try to add healthy snacks.

    Please take my advice, don't deny yourself food or yo yo diet.

    Also, tell yourself that you love the way you look every day & every time you look in the mirror, it will make you happier & boost your self esteem & confidence. When people carry themselves with confidence they come off as more attractive. You can love yourself for the way you are even if you are trying to lose a bit of weight.

    and over the summer i lost about 23 lbs.

    wat i did was constly driinking water

    (its 0 calories and also water will fill you up so won't be eating lots of food)

    (optional) but you should exercise...

    even if it was just walking a mile =)

    keep a look out on the food percent on the back of products,

    (you don't want 2 be eating a hot pocket that is 25 % FAT

    Wen you could jus drink <lots of water and eat a gronola bar and be just as fine

    also once you eat and still feel like eating again

    (wait for about fiveteen min then see how you feel
