Whats the best way to Dhikir/Zikr?

My dad taught be how to to dikr/zikr since I was a little kid. We used to invite people over, non-muslims too but who of course still believed in God, and we would all stand or sit and say Allah's names or subhan allah, lah illaha ilula and the like over and over again. We would all concentrate on Allah swt for a long time. It might have felt longer to me because I was just a kid :) but afterwards you feel so pure and cleansed. Salat of course is also something you should do with dikr.

Salam for you my dear friend.The best way to Dhikir is by reminding Allah swt any time and any where through mandatory salat at least 5 times a day,sunnah salat,say astaqfirullah,subhanallah,alhamdulillah,... akbar and laillah ha ilallah on the right time and obey to Allah's instruction and prohibitions

as stated in the Qur'an and also explained in the hadits of Muhammad pbuh.

Say something over and over again like Allahu Akbar, Bismillah, Subhanallah, Astaghfirullah, Alhamdulillah, or La ilaha il Allah. You can use beads if you want.

The best way to do Zikr of Allah is to do it from the depth of your heart, after praying salat give 5 minutes to it. then you can do it after fajr prayers.

Women has good opportunity of doing it while they are in the Kitchen, cooking or washing utensils.

Recite Ya hayyu Ya qayyum, Allah huakbar, Subhan Allah, Ya Allah Ya Rahman, Ya Raheem, La ilaha illallah... Alhumdulillah there is much to recite, just keep the remembrance of Allah

Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {… and the men and the women who remember Allâh much with their hearts and tongues (while sitting, standing, lying, etc. for more than 300 times extra over the remembrance of Allâh during the five compulsory congregational prayers) or praying extra additional Nawâfil prayers of night in the last part of night, etc.) Allâh has prepared for them forgiveness and a great reward (i.e. Paradise).} [33:35].

I read a hadith that said: Some poor people came to the prophet(pbuh) and said, "the wealthy people get higher grades and will have permanent enjoyment, and they offer salat prayers like us and observe fast as we do. They have more money by which they perfform hajj and Umra; fight and struggle in Allah's cause and give in Charity. "The prophet(pbuh) said, "Shall I not tell you a thing upon which if you acted you would catch up with those who have surpassed you? Nobody will overtake you and you would be better than people amongst whom you live except those who do the same. Say Subhan Allah, Alhamdullillah, and Allahu Akbar 33 times each after every compulsory salat prayer...
