  1. Your an a*****e if you think that way.  Remind me not to frequent your establishment your self-center jerk.

  2. i don't know about that, but i am will 2 go to your opening restaurant?

  3. your opening a restaurant, yes you need skilled and good looking people, out to deal with customers.  Just remember they come in all shapes and sizes male and female. As long as they are well kept and friendly your customers will love it and come back

  4. HEY I'M NOT MAD AT YOU MY BF AND I ARE OPENING UP A BAR AND WE ONLY WANT ATTRACTIVE WOMAN AND MEN IS HARSH AS IT MAY SOUND IT'S OUR MONEY AND EVERYBODY KNOWS MEN SPEND MORE MONEY ON DRINKS IF THERE WAITRESS IS FINE BECAUSE THEY WANT HER TO KEEP COMING OVER, IT'S NOT OUR FAULT SOME PEOPLE ARE MORE ATTRACTIVE THAN OTHERS EVERYONE THAT'S SAYING YOU SHOULDN'T DO IT ARE FULL OF IT AND PROBABLY UGLY THEMSELVES WE'VE DECIDED TO GO FOR ABOUT THREE DIFFERENT SPECIFIC TYPES THAT WAY IF YOUR NOT LETS SAY 5'4' BROWN SKIN 34 26 36 WITH MEIUN LENGHT HAIR THAT'S YOURS THEN h**l WHAT ARE YOU HERE FOR PEOPLE DON'T GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO EMBARRASS THEMSELVES IF SO OH WELL IT'S YOUR INVESTMENT NOT THERE'S THAT'S HOW WHERE GONNA PLAY IT.

  5. First, you never let anyone know that you only want good looking people cause that will definitely get you in trouble. If you are doing the hiring, it is a lot easier as you can hire whoever you want. If your restaurant has a hip atmosphere you are more likely to get younger good looking people

  6. FIRST: Do NOT advertise for attractive servers, just select them when they come for interviews.

ALSO: I don't agree with your hiring plan but I understand where you are coming from; it's a sad reality of the restaurant biz.

PLEASE NOTE: Some of the most attractive people make the worst servers and are bad 'team players'... the most **personable** servers (Looks aside) are most likely to draw in a loyal, satisfied clientele and are often the best 'team players' (ie lower staff turnover, too).

So please think about your business from those perspectives, too.

  7. Employ me? lol

  8. Go to a strip club and observe the waitresses. Offer the good ones a job. Your restaurant would have to be an expensive one, though, for the girls to make good tips.

  9. I know that attractive people are more pleasant to look at; however, I have much experience in the service industry which makes me a little critical of others serving skills. I will say that I do not care about what the server looks like. What matters most is that they have experience, and take care of customers well. I will return to a restuarant with good service. I will NOT go back if the service sucks, and the server was hot. I think as long as the server looks well- maintained (i.e. clean teeth, good hygiene, clean clothes, washed hair, and has taken good care of themselves) people will not care as much about these servers looks. Even Hooters doesn't have the hottest girls, and people still eat there do they not?

  10. Ask for smart & pleasant girls and select the attractive ones when they come for the interview. You can always say "too late" for the ones u dont want!!

  11. Don't be so superficial.  When my friends and I go out, even male friends, the curteous, helpful waiting staff are more appreciated than unpleasant but attractive waitresses.

  12. Call Gloria Allred, the lawyer who just won the big lawsuit for the Hooters waitresses, tell her you are only hiring attractive girl waitresses, and see what she says. And then please post her answer so we can all share the moment.  :-)
