Whats the best way to aproach running??

For soccer we are running 2 miles 5 min break then 1 mile 5 min break the 1/2 mile 5 min break.How should i approach this,breathing pace,etc.?

  1. dont start out too fast, and keep a good pace that you can stick with the whole time.


  2. try to run at a comfortable speed for comfortable amount of time, dont push it. Run like this as many days as can without getting close to being tierd. If you think ur gunna get tierd soon then stop immediately. do this for 2 months and then you can progress. try 10 laps around a grass field VERY slowly, thats suitable.
