  1. face it head on, until you're bored with it. repeat this process a few times and it will become second nature to you being in the vicinity of this fear.

i used to have a big phobia/fear of seeing people being electrocuted(in movies, with all the sparks and screaming)

then i started watching videos on youtube of people being electrocuted, with the volume muted at first, then with the volume on.

Now, i actually enjoy seeing people being fried in movies, and it doesn't even make me flinch in youtube clips.

  2. srry dude...ur pretty much screwed

  3. It depends the person.  I am fearful of spiders, so what I do is actually try to be around them.  I also learned about them and how they can benefit me.  So look at what you phobia is and research it and see if you can find something good about it.  Then see how you can adapt these good things to the phobia and it will not be as bad.

  4. The best way to beat a phobia is to face the fear. When you face the fear and see how paranoid you were before, you'll stop.

  5. The best way to beat a phobia is to face the fear. When you face the fear and see how scared with out warrant before, hopefully you'll stop.
