Please i really want this t-shirt on ebay but it still has 5 days left and right now the price is around 3 dollars. I am expecting that the price will go up but I haven't started bidding yet.

  1. I usually wait till the last minute for everything.

    Literally the last minute,

  2. well figure out how much its worth to you. if they have a buy it now and the amount is equal or less than your number use that and yeah you are the winner if not watch the item and at the last second if its under what you are willing to pay bid and yeah you are the winner and if it goes past what you are willing to pay too bad so sad you don't get it

  3. It's That Guy is right on the money. I've also found that bidding odd amounts could put you at a slight advantage, for example, put in bid amounts like $10.63 or $11.07. That way if someone else bids either $10.50 or $11.00 flat, you have the advantage by a few pennies! However, if someone else bids $12.00, you then need to up you bid again.

  4. Have a read of some of the articles at http://www.ClickDigitalProducts.com/arti...  they might help you buy safely etc on eBay.

  5. The simple way is just to decide right now how much you are willing to pay for the shirt, the maximum amount, and bid that, and then forget about it until you get an e-mail tellling you congratulations, you've won.

I do this sometimes.  But if you do this, say you bid $10.  Someone at the very last minute can bid $10.50 and they get it.  And if you were willing to bid $10, you might be willing to go up another dollar.

So I find it best to be there when the auction ends.  Bid in the very last minute of the auction.  If you bid the same $10 then (and if that is the high bid) you have a much better chance of getting it.

If the previous high bid was $8 and you bid $10, you get the shirt for $8.50, so don't worry about bidding too high.

  6. Don't start bidding (you are just upping the price). Set  timer for yourself that day and wait until the last minute to bid. If this is something you can't get anywhere else, bid as much as you are willing to pay. If you can get it elsewhere, just bid what would make it worth it for you to get it thru Ebay and not elsewhere. Bidding less than that can cause you to lose as likely others are bidding at the same time as you.
