No you shouldn't keep doing it because if it does burst you or someone else may get hurt. Put the item in recycling and use your time for better things like learning how to fish.

dont listen to flounder its not like its a big explosion that shrapnel will fly from and get you hurt. just shake it up and toss it reall high when it comes down all that happens is the parts of the can burst off (and they doesnt fly at all away from where they landed so they wont hurt anyone) and it sprays everywhere. holes appear in the can and the sides blow off

shake it up really good then get a bb gun and shoot it. it will spray pop everywhere so dont wear nice clothes when doing this
