This stuff my dad bought is nasty. It made me gag. While he was using it I could not go into the kitchen. Theres got to be a better way.

  1. I spray mine with a degreaser and let is sit a few hours. I take a Brillo pad to the really stubborn spots.=)

  2. get a pressure washer.

    fast.

    easy.

and no smell if you just use water!

  3. warm up the oven and place a bowl that has ammonia in it, switch off the oven and leave the bowl o/ night, next day just wipe down with paper towels. easy peasy

  4. If the bulk of the soil in your oven is on the bottom then a natural way of cleaning it would be to spread a layer of baking soda on the bottom of the oven that is at least 1/4" thick, sprinkle/ spray with water enough to dampen it, then allow it to sit over night,  In the morning just brush the baking soda up and your baked on soil should come with it.

If you must use a store bought oven cleaning product, look for a gel type, those do not have the fumes that the other aerosols do.
