Whats the best way to clean trainers?

whats the best way to clean trainers without ruining them, their not made from anything fancy, just normal reebok trainers.

Put them inside a pillow case and the into the washing machine on a cool wash. Works all the time.

Nail varnish remover on cotton wool.  It gets anything off and doesn't damage your trainers at all - makes them look as clean as new.

I always put mine in a pillow case and then into wash at 30 degrees. If they are basic trainers with no air bubbles then this is the best way with normal washing powder.

If they don't clean well at 30 then try them at 40, i have washed many pairs of trainers at both temps and never ruined a single pair, and some had air bubbles in them.

Take out the laces and place them in washing machine at 40degrees.

Put in with a few items of washing.

put them in the washing machine but put them in a pillow case, do it on a normal 40 degree wash, I do it with all of mine and they come out great. Don't put anything else in though!.
