I only get it in social situations like crowded places etc.The only solution I have when I feel this is to take one or two tranquillisers(I "borrow" them off my friend,only he has a go at me for that as he is a diagnosed schizophrenic and has them calm down in emergencies)along with a few drinks.I dont know what else to do as I cant let stress control what I can and cannot do.I am not mad and have no mental illness BTW.
