Here's a recipe that sounds good: Honey Dijon Pasta Salad.

2 cups uncooked rotini pasta

1/2 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons honey

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon cumin

1 can drained and rinsed black beans

1/2 cup halved cherry or grape tomatoes

3/4 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped green onion

Salt and pepper

Boil the pasta until al dente; drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside to drain completely.

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and cumin. Mix well with a fork.

In a large bowl, combine the pasta, beans, tomatoes, carrot, and onion. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad, toss gently, and add salt and pepper as desired. Cover and refrigerate for four hours before serving. Makes four servings.
