Whats the best way to cure a "come-down"?

ok i just asked what was the best way to cure a hangover but i seen a question and i thought thi swould be better to ask.

see i love partyin on fridays with my band and i normally by 40 ecstasy pills on that night then i have to go to work for 8 o clock. if im lucky ill get maybe an hours sleep. when i go to work i feel horrible. so anyway. whats the best way to cure a comedown?

any advise?

The best way to cure a hangover...contrary to popular belief, is more Alcohol. About another pint should do it.

The ecstasy pills will not help the come down. If you're only giving yourself a hours sleep it's your own fault. You need to sleep at least 8 hours! Else your come down won't fully appear until you are in work.

Don't do ecstasy, if you need to be up the next morning.

try some marijuana when the effects start wearing off....youll notice a big difference...d**n 40!
