Whats the best way to deal with neighbors?

The police wont do nothing the manager keeps saying there kicked out but there not I try making noise back to get them to stop and it works. I was also told bythe manager there doing it on purpose.

They always argue and sometimes make lots of banging noises and argue all night until early morning until one of them takes off couples weeks later it always repeats.

What to do?

Should I put them on timeout or what?

When they start to argue, just turn on your tv or music.  

Put in earplugs, headphones.  Close your BR door.  

Thank you for reminding me why I bought a house.  I was thinking of going back to apt living.  

"I was also told by the manager there doing it on purpose"    Maybe you need to talk to "their boss" . They are not doing their job.

Ive moved 37 times in my life.  Ive found moving just to be a new set of problems.   Not the answer.  

In my experience, living in an apt complex is horrible.  I like living in a house that has been made into 2-3 apts.  A person rather than a corporation usually owns it. You get better results.  Better neighbors . More privacy.

If the police won't do anything, it will just frustrate you again to call them anymore.  The manager obviously doesn't care so give up there.  Making noise to combat their noise doesn't solve the problem so give up on that.  I agree with one of the other answers saying that when you move to a smaller unit like a duplex or an old house converted into a few little apartments, you will get better neighbors because the landlord wants to have good, long term tenants there.

My sis moved into an old Victorian house converted into 4 apartments and it was one of the best places she has lived.

Sounds like you need to move.  Just find a nice little place and talk to the manager or landlord first about their tolerance of noise.

why don't u go and tell them about the noises if it does not work I would suggest u to go and just call a police one more time
