Anchovies are so good! I like them on pizza; in a puttenesca sauce (with black olives and capers); or just on a slice of Italian bread with some fresh mozzarella and sliced tomatoes.

Better yet - travel to Italy and eat fresh anchovies which are so mild, and not even close in taste to the canned fish.
