  1. exfoliate soap(:

    it works the best((((:

  2. A chemical exfoliant with alpha hydroxy acids like glycolis acid. Glycolic acid breaks the bonds that hold dead skin cells together so they release from your skin. Neutrogenas Pore refining cleanser is a very good chemical exfoliant, can be used as a mask with great results. Use a wash cloth for extra effects. Alot of people will tell you to use physical exfoliants like st.ives, and while they do work short term they will damage your skin over time leaving you with bigger pores and more wrinkles. A physical exfoliant uses abrasive ingredients (like chunks or gritty bits you can feel) to scrape the top layer of skin off of your face, while chemical exfoliants simply dissolve the dead skin cells without damaging your skin.

  3. Use Likas papaya soap.

  4. Well...

    You could sugar.

    Water your face

    and rub it on.

Its natural and it won't really cost much?

  5. Use Zenmed's AHA/BHA complex which is an exfoliant that creates a gentle peeling effect over the skin to remove dead cells, scars, marks, aging lines, sun spots and damaged skin. What is also good about this product that it helps to reduce the size of pores and removes blackheads and whiteheads.

You can apply it with a cotton ball after cleansing your skin.

  6. use the proactiv refining mask...it's AMAZING!!!!!!!!

  7. exfoliating gloves

  8. add salt and olive oil and mix together

salt to remove dead skin cells or you can replace with sugar if salt stings your skin but that case is only when you have really really sensitive skin.

olive oil is to moisturize your skin

i use it in order to have the perfect skin and best moisturized!!

after mixing the salt and olive oil, put some in your hands and scrub in circular motions for 2 minutes each part until you feel its soft , just dont overdo it coz it could irritate your skin!

  9. use a loofah and sugar scrub

  10. I go against the mainstrean when it comes to exfoliation. Most of us do far too much of it. The top layer of our epidermis, the stratum corneum, is made up of dead skin cells held together by lipids--exfoliation removes excess dead skin cells where it looks as if the dead skin cells are piling up and your natural processes aren't keeping up with getting rid of them. However, it is important to remember this top layer is your environmental protection barrier--remove it at your peril! A recent study indicated that people who washed with soap in the morning were 50% less protected from the sun than people who just used water. Especially for older women it is easier to over-exfoliate than to not exfoliate enough.

If you do want to exfoliate here are my suggestions:

Yoghurt contains lactic acid, an alpha-hydroxy acid that is good for your skin. Take 1/2 tsp whole milk yoghurt (goat or sheep milk is good) and spread it over your face. After 15 minutes or so rinse with tepid water. Excellent for all skin types, especially dry, mature.

Oil - lipids dissolve lipids, so you can take a light oil and massage it into the skin. This is a gentle way to dssolve hardened sebum, and a great way to treat blackheads and whiteheads--no squeezing allowed--just gently massage into affected area 2-3x a day. The oil penetrates and eventually the material floats to the surface. This treatment helps to refine pores. This is a great exfoliation treatment for oily skin with pimples and blackheads, as it helps balance oil production and will prevent scarring.
