  1. Use Polyfilla

  2. You could drill them out and install wooden dowels and trim flush, then stain.  Better than putty or glue

  3. Use a nailset or other tapered object to gently punch the rim of the hole inward.  You want the hole to be somewhat "countersunk" so no ridge rises above the surface of the panel.

Depending on whether your door is stained wood, or painted, you can do one of two things.

Use wood putty and a putty knife to fill the hole and press it smooth.  Allow to dry, and gently sand with sandpaper or a sanding sponge.

Or, use a bit of drywall compound, and follow the same procedure.

Wood putty is both paintable and stainable, but a bit more expensive than drywall compound.  Drywall compound is easier to sand, a bit cheaper, and can be used more often (for drywall repair) around the home in the future.  It is paintable, but not stainable.

    Good luck!

  4. wood glue and corragated wood...

  5. rub down the holes and just use general purpose filler. This should work for you.
