Whats the best way to gain 20 lbs in a week?

hey, so i'm tryin out for the football team and i need to put on some weight real fast so that the coach will use my cuz right now i'm a lil too skinny but he said that if i put on some weihgt then he'll play me instead of that when he said he could if he does. When coudl i accept to play if i dont eeven have put on the weight in time?

  1. You could simply just eat, but that will only put useless fat on you. Lift weights, build muscle. This does not burn fat and makes your muscles bigger as well. After each workout, eat lots of protein to help them become bigger.


  2. umm.. yyou could eat more.. but dont overstuff yourself and you could probably drink some whey protein.. and eat more fried foods.. but not too much cause  they have more saturated fat and will clog up your heart! but be carefull!

  3. i honestly dont know if thats possible.....

    youd have to eat like 12000 calories a day.

    umm, try cheeseburgers, nuts and seeds, weight lifting,  whole milk, cheeses, peanut butter, lots and lots of fatty protein like beef.

    i doubt u can gain that much in such little time, but this is a way u can try.

  4. Ben & Jerry's ice cream and beef... stew or steak or whatever.

    But the ice cream may do it even faster!!  Ice cream needs to be natural - that is, have plenty of fat in it.  That's why I suggest Ben & Jerry's.  Haagen Dazs, too.

    Don't forget to exercise.
