I used to have a six pack about a year and a half ago, and i became quite lazy and basicly lost it, I have been doing push ups and sit ups, but want to have a light six pack for new year at least.
One problem though, I have gained a bit of weight, nothing too major though, just 'puppy' fat. I weigh about 12-13 stone, and Im 5" 8.. Help??
