I went to this web site truthaboutabs ,according to it situps, crunches,etc doesnt work.. i have to order a book to know the right exercise or method but i'm only a teen so i can't order,so what work out method do i do??

  1. Forget the book. To build abs, you need to first make sure you are not overweight. If you are, the abs you build will never show. They'll be hidden under a layer of fat. Then, do these exercises:

    1. Captain's chair --3 sets of 15 leg lifts. You can do these at home in a regular chair as well as in a gym

    2. Long Arm crunches--these work way better than regular crunches

    3. Kick boxing--1 hour 3 times a week. These really work at defining your overall core as well as the bottom 4 of the six pack


  2. No, please don't buy it. The only thing more effective than crunches and sit ups on the floor (sit ups are better), are doing them on a swiss ball. But on the floor is effective. Just do a routine that works for you. I do:

    15 crunches

    15 oblique crunches, right

    15 oblique crunches, left

    15 lifted leg crunches

    I do it 2-3 times in a work out. 3 days a week with one day of rest in between. I also practice HIIT cardio to keep off body fat from my stomach. here are some sites for you to learn more and not pay anything. The site you mentioned is a scam
