Whats the best way to get a noticable six pack?

I'm a girl and i really want a six pack or whatever the biggest pack a girl can get with out using steroids is!

  1. Just doing sit ups and crunches regularly. I used to have a noticeable six pack like a year ago then i stopped working out. But when i flex they are noticeable if the lighting's right lol. Just google up different positions you can do and find the one that can do comfortably.

    I used to do a hundred sit ups a night or every other night, i would do 20 sit ups or crunches or sometimes mix it up. Wait like a minute then do the next set. It'll take a while for a you to see results but it'll be worth it in the end. When doing them its pretty boring and tiring so to keep my motivated I would picture those ancient Greek statues, with their perfectly carved stomachs and that would be my inspiration and motivation to keep doing them.


  2. Kettle bells are an excellent way of burning fat and building muscle. This is one of the tapes I work out to and within about 1 week of doing it, I noticed very toned muscles underneath as well as less fat in my ab area.

    I'm also doing the P90 workout tapes with Tony Horton. They are great, too because they alternate between cardio, abs, and body building so your muscles don't get used to the same workout over and over.

    If you don't want to invest in kettle bells or the tapes, your best bet is a combination of walking for 5 minutes and then running for 2 minutes for about a half hour (and build from there), and crunches including bicycle crunches and sit ups after.
