i just fired for most stupid reason, my ex boss was a b*****d to me and kept swearing at me for no reason, i took it all in for a month and then i finally exploded with anger, and the guy fired me. he made me angry and now says he is right when he was clearly abusive to me and has no respect for people. what gives him the right to swear at me for no reason and always be on my case. but as soon as i lose my temper i get fired because he don't like it. i swaer i was so angry i would have knocked his big nose off his face. i did not do any thing wrong, no major crime at all. but he treats me like c**p. so i shouted and told him how i felt. and now im fired. i thinking to write him a F U letter.

  1. Cool down. This guy is not worth your time or energy/anger That's why I like working for myself

  2. the way u express ur feelings, i think u r bout 20 years old? coz it is quite childish! but for me, i will do as same thing n say the same words as u did! (im below 20)! i oso juz got fired from my position of daycare teacher, the boss told me that im not suitable to the children n im simply lose my temper to the children! PLZ! i think those r not the main reason y she fired me! i think it is coz i said sumthing bad bout her back (accidentally) last few months ago! she promised me a 9 hours working perday n they will provide a transport to take to work n back to home! but she broke her promise when i started to work at her company since the 1st day! i have to work 10 hours more perday n i only have the company to fetch me back to my house but i have to go to work by myself! wat im angry bout is that u r a boss!! u should keep ur promise during an interview! dont simply promise things that u r not sure n coz me a lot of troubles with my both parents! she didnt admit that she was wrong but she said that she is too nice coz she sympathy that i have to walk to work as i said during our interview that i dont have a car yet! so she promised me a transport! so i accidentally expressed it to sum of my workmates thr n my boss heard it! n thats the main reason she fired me! wat kind of boss is that?

  3. Id find him out in public somewhere, walk up to him and tell him you should beat his *** right then and there. Especially if he is with a woman....let her see what a coward he is. See what he does. You already have been fired, what else can he do.

  4. Consider it a blessing that he fired you when he did. Now you don't have to deal with that a$$hole anymore. :) Good luck to you!

  5. Hide a can of empty tuna in his office somewhere, it will smell like stank cooter all the time!(lol)

  6. write to HIS boss and tell THEM how he treats people - writing him will do no good - he'll just trash the letter

  7. I don't believe you because an angry person like you would not wait ordoesn't need our permission to act on a wish.

However if you see this coming in your present work situation YOUR POWER lies simply in your ability to get another job, remain silent about it and hand in your notice and leave without giving him even a word of goodbye.

Power Freaks loathe being ignored more than anything!

I know it will take massive self control by you but believe me you will feel great when you are having a celebratory drink the day you walk away from this scumbag!

  8. I don't know if he has the right to fire you for just yelling at him....I mean you cant fire someone just because....I got in an argument with a boss once (swearing and blaming) but I had done nothing wrong to provoke his anger...he fired me right then.  I filed for unemployment, and the j******f denied me stating that I was argumentative and disrespectful and I had to go to Mediator at EDD to fight my case....he showed up and we had to both summarized what happened...I flat out said that I cursed (but not AT him but about the situation) and that I showed poor judgment etc...bottom line I WON they stated that it was not professional of me to use such words at my job, but that I should not have been fired for that alone....as long as I that is the only reason for dismissal, he is wrong NOT YOU....
