Whats the best way to get better height for my jumps? (cheer)?

like practicing alot, or practicing alot and taking a break for a day and my jumps will be higher.

  1. i think it would be nice to strengthen by just jumping in place trying to jump higher and higher with ankle weights..try to work out your lower body and core muscles..and walk always have the ankle weights on you until you have to go to the actual cheer practices..once the weights start feeling lighter, use heavier weights


  2. stretch! lol  That helps a lot!! and practice of couse. but stretching helps a lot!!
