Whats the best way to get by train or bus or coach from Nottingham city centre to Alton Towers tomorrow?

Take a train from Nottingham to Uttoxeter (change at Derby), then take a bus to Alton Towers (either First Bus 32A for Hanley, or Alton Towers Transport no. 30 for Alton Towers, both from Station Road, Uttoxeter, just outside the station). Total journey time between 2 hours and 2 hours 15 minutes.

checkout megabus .com they do a run from there i'm sure you can book on line they text you back with a number which is your ticket , and very cheap
