Whats the best way to get dried paint out of a shirt?

i dont remember what kid of paint it was , but i think it was oil based, and the shirt was i think cotton and polyester

I'd use clorox bleach if were a white shirt. If that didn't work, my second option would be to toss the shirt and buy a new one.

if it is acrylic -a plastic base it dries and will most likely not come out. oil based i try to scrub with this soap called lava. i get a scrub brush and try to work it out.
