  1. use a Qtip and dot on calamine lotion before bed.

  2. I tried applying echinacea/goldenseal herbal extract that I got from a vitamins store and it works every time!  As soon as I get bitten by a mosquito or whatever, I apply a drop of the extract and within a few minutes, the bite's gone.  no swelling, no itching!!  Normally, I'd add the herbal extract to small amt of water and drink it as soon as I feel a sore throat and voila! it gets rid of my cold!  You shouldn't take for prolong period of time and no more than about 2weeks at a time...just as preventive...I've used the echinacea/goldenseal extract for years now and where ever I go, I take it with me in case of an emergency.   Hope this information helps....

  3. You could put some cortizone

  4. The best you can do is prevent. Try to increase your intake of vitamin B12, mosquito's don't care for this. Also, cut back on foods that are high in potassium, like banana's, as mosquitoes really like these. Make sure your bug spray contains DEET. Cover up. Long sleeves and pants. Try getting one of those bracelets that contain citronella. Do not wear sweet smelling perfumes or deodorants. As for the bites you have now, try some calamine lotion, and drink lots of water, and most importantly, resist scratching. If they are big and swollen, try icing them, and taking an antihisitmine (like allergy medicine, such as benydril) as you might be allergic to the bites.

  5. I put ice on them and then an anti itch cream to stop the itch so that i don't scratch so the bite will go down and not be so noticeable and itchy
