  1. Spiders aren't really bad; they kill insects.

But if you really want to get rid of them, catch about 100 or so insects, and put them in a small cage (Or a large container with an open top). The spiders should go into the cage, eat the insects, and eventually, you can cap it, and throw the cage outside.

Or you can leave the spiders to die.

I don't know about this idea, because it's based on speculation, but good luck on getting rid of the spiders!

  2. what you should do is like are their cracks if their are that is a way for a spider to get in try to seal those cracks, ( look in windos cealings and walls) get bug killer that i think can be in lowes sometimes, wal-mart.

try not to get bit best of luck

  3. I personally do not mind spiders since they kill other insects that might be in the house.  Of course, I'll wipe away cobwebs, but if I see spiders, I'll leave them alone.

  4. I have the same problem and its so annoying.

To get rid of them I use 'X-Out Bug Spray'.

    They sell it at Wal-Mart.

Just spray it by the windows, door cracks, doors.

    And where the nests are.

Also, I use the company Massey.

I think the method they use is digging holes around the house or something similar.

Goodluck, hope you get rid of those nasty critters!

  5. Gross. Move out. and clean up every once in a while.

  6. my cat helps with that haha ick

i would try baits or poisons if you don't have kids or anything...

maybe those things you plug into the wall? I haven't tried them but I hear they work pretty well.

Seal up any openings or cracks and be sure to use screens.

good luck, i hate that. :)

  7. the best way to get rid of these spiders is by removing their webs werever you find them every morning. try this for a week and i tell the spider stuff is all over

  8. Spiders are one of our beneficial insects, eating pests that bite us and destroy plants. In fact, that very food source is what brings them into the house.

Some years, prevailing weather conditions may cause an increase in such things as flies, mosquitoes, and other bitty bugs that tend to come in through open doors, and broken screens or windows. So your first line of defense, is to get rid of the food that spiders are after. Remember that light attracts insects, and when they rush in your door to swarm around light bulbs and lamps, it also attracts spiders, which will crawl in through cracks and crevices.

This means opting for the yellow bug repellant light bulbs for outdoor fixtures, and repairing screens on windows and doors. There are commercial "bug zappers" for use on the patio or by the doors, but many people report limited success with them. They are simply a light that is supposed to attract bugs and then fry them with an electrical charge.

Clean your house frequently, even if that is easier said than done. At least run a dust mop or cloth on a stick, around your ceiling moldings, behind appliances, and in dark corners, which is where spiders like to build their webs and leave clutches of eggs. You can also hose down the outside of your house near the ground, where spiders breed and reproduce before food hunting inside.

As far as pesticides go, the only really effective ones are contact sprays, which means you must be there to squirt it right on them, and considering the toxicity, you're just as well off using a fly swatter. But do try and get someone to take them outside instead, and let them go in the field or garden. Mother Nature will thank you for it.

  9. I had this problem in my basement. Buy some insecticide with a spray nozzel. Spray around the opening (near windows, doors etc). If you see a web..spray it. If you see a spider..spray it. The spray will kill on contact and keep the spiders from bugging you. It's miracle spray! Good luck

  10. a insect killing solvent in a air spray hose/tank.  spray in crevises.

  11. try using posions or stuff like that and you will be fine

OKEY NOW DON'T WORRY I AM TELLING YOU, NOW KEEP SMILE AND READ

Most spiders are beneficial, keeping many insect pests under control. Instead of killing spiders, take them outside and release them into your garden. Here's how to keep them outdoors.

    HAVE YOU THESE THINGS??

    Things You’ll Need:

    Work Boots

    Brooms

    Cannister Vacuum Cleaners

    Garden Hoses And Attachments

    Garden Rakes

    Garden Shears

    General Cleaning Supplies

    Hedge Trimmers

    Insecticides (dust Or Spray)

    Pesticides

    Sodium-vapor Or Yellow Lightbulbs

    Thick Gardening Gloves

    Window Screens

    Caulk And Caulking Guns

    Ladders

BCZ THE ABOVE THINGS WILL NEED

1st   Practice good sanitation for control. Vacuum and clear away all webs, being sure to remove any egg cases. Move and dust frequently behind furniture, stored boxes and appliances.

2nd   Eliminate the spiders' food sources - including flies, cockroaches and moths - and they will be less likely to return. Check and repair all screens, and seal cracks.

3rd    Remove piles of wood, trash and debris from around the foundation of your home. Be sure to wear protective clothing: long-sleeved shirts, long pants, gloves and boots.

4th   Hose off the outside of your home to destroy webs and egg cases.

5th   Replace outdoor lights with yellow or sodium-vapor lightbulbs, which are less likely to attract insects and then spiders.

6th   Shake out clothing that has been stored before putting it on.

    and

    REMEMBER

If you're determined to use a chemical control against spiders, keep in mind that these are only effective if the chemical lands directly on the spider. A flyswatter works as quickly.

    NOTE

Two kinds of poisonous spiders inhabit North America: the black widow and the brown recluse. Watch for black widows in piles of wood, trash or stones, and in sheds, garages and barns. Watch for brown recluse spiders in old hanging clothing, behind pictures or in dark corners

  13. Use a pesticide "bomb" in the house to kill them. Then buy outdoor pesticides to spray around the houses windows, doors, and foundation to keep them from returning.

  14. if you can  wait until the next time you go on vacation, fumigate the place or you manage with them

  15. The spiders are probably hungry for bugs in your apartment, so just get rid of the bugs.

  16. Keep that Harry Potter movie handy and watch it once in awhile to remind yourself how fortunate you are to only have a few. (Just kidding of course.) Sorry, I don't know what works but good luck. Ugh!

  17. two way, get an exterminator or keep buying bug spary and spray the spider

  18. You scream at them, and tell them to get the h**l out. smack them with a suppina

  19. get a cat.

    raid

    clean

    kill them.

  20. If you can go somewhere for a few days, buy some bug bomb and set it off in your apartment.

  21. Run away, far far away.

Then scream bloody murder and have someone else do it for you.

    --

Seriously though, good luck. I'm deathly afraid of spiders and don't think I could hold up well in your position.
