Whats the best way to get rid of under eye circles?

im like a usual fair skinned complextion but with olive tones...

A lot of it is genetic.  Try drinking more water because the dark circles are caused by dehydration.

Use a concealer that is a few shades lighter then your skin tone, if you're fair then the yellow ones just look weird.

I use Everyday Minerals (Multitasking) and put it on before my moisturizer completely dries it works great.
