I think that once they are scratched thats it, but try your music store or a eletronic store, and see what products they have got, that may help you out

I know it sounds crazy, but all you have to do is apply peanut butter on wherever the scratches are on the CD and then wipe it off clean. It should work, but if that does not work. Then you will have to buy a kit that cleans scratches off the CD. You can buy it at a store like Best Buy or Circuit City, you just have to ask and it is cheap. So you don't have to worry about buying anything expensive to clean your games.

Check Around Your House If You Have A Soft Cotton Duster And Carefully Wipe It Holding The Disk On The Outside, It Wont Completely Get Rid Of Scratches But It Will Clean Some + The Dust. Some Game Shops Can Do It For You But It May Cost Alot,
