Whats the best way to get the best picture on a finepix s1000fd?

Normal

* Wide Angle: Approx. 40cm / 1.3ft. to infinity

* Telephoto: Approx. 1.5m / 4.9ft. to infinity

Macro

* Wide Angle: Approx. 5cm / 2.0in. to 3m / 9.8ft.

* Telephoto: Approx. 80cm / 2.6ft. to 3m / 9.8ft.

Super Macro

* Approx. 2cm / 0.8in. to 1m / 3.3ft.

check manual for higher quality options, use sd card for extra shots allowed, practice with various setting on same scene and compare with photoshop later, theres not much to edit in photoshop aside from color adjustments, though for creative enhancements you can apply some effects for borders and compilations,
