  1. If you want to stay awake, have your dentist prescribe you some Valium it really helps.

  2. first of all chill

secondly having two teeth out is a breeze most people have had it at some point in their lives

thirdly if you get put to sleep the better as you will beable to relax whilst its being done especially if you don't particulary like the dentist

and finally talk your worries over with a close friend or relative and just to let you know you will be fine with waking up you just feel like you had a really refreshing nap and please don't worry you will wake up, they are trained experts administering the drugs not those horrible people teasing you!

hope everything goes well and good luck sweetie

  3. When i was six i had to have four teeth pulled because they were crowded. I hardly remember it and i didnt feel it at all. I just remember laughing when they gave me the laughing gas.

YOu are going to be fine, i was scared to death when they took me in but it didnt hurt and everything was fine.

Calm down its going to be okay.

  4. Your options are:  (1) lidocaine only, which means you'll be awake for the whole thing, (2) nitrous oxide, where you'll be awake but you won't care, or (3) anesthesia.  If you have that much of a phobia, I'd go with anesthesia if possible.  And don't worry about it -- they gave me anesthesia when I had my wisdom teeth taken out, no problem.
