Whats the best way to increase my 40 time

im 6 foot 183 and run a 5.5 forty 5.3 being my best . im 15 years old

  3. The best way is to do it in the gym.Your leg workout is alot more important than sprints.

    set up cones and sprint to them( make sure you set them up far apart from each other) and do suicides(you know run back and forth)

    sprint up hills jog down them and repeat

    do leg work outs(nothing to heavy on the legs, that will just make em bulkier, just do light weights on them and do squate and one legged squats

    just keep runnin man

  5. Do lots of sprints, jumping exercises, weight lifting.

  6. Run Track in the offseason Your a big kid why don't you play TE or DE and your 40 time won't matter as much!

  7. To increase your 40 time, run slower.
