Whats the best way to keep a soda bottle cold all day without using a cooler?

I need to keep a 20oz soda bottle cold all day, without a cooler. how can i do this?

ice packs --should do the trick-- the gel ones melt  much quicker--- so try the other kind...the older kind...do you have a lunch style bag that is made of nylon that has pockets for slipping these ice packs into? I have one and it works well....if I would need to keep a drink cool---

something like this-  below..and Oh, they say not to freeze plastic bottles..the toxins come out in the beverage ..and can harm you.

What about freezing a water bottle and putting it with your soda bottle in like a plastic bag or something?

get one of those little bags that are almost the size of the water container and place the cold water in there with theses ice packs that last for 16 hours and put some packing peanuts or something to insulate it

the best way to keep it cool is try wrapping the soda bottle with some newspaper and you will know it.

Freeze it and take it out 30 minuets before you leave. Put it in one of those insulated sleeves for soda bottles.  It should have some ice in it for mast of the day as long as you don't have it sitting in the sun.

You will get dehydrated with just one soda, why keep it cool all day if you will drink it in an hour.
