You can purchase an e-book on ebay, which doesn't cost much.

For practice problems, I suggest Kaplan or Princeton Review.  Both of those will contain vocab lists, so you can make your own flashcards using the words on the list and study from those. Go through the flashcards every night, and set aside the ones that you know (if you get them right every time after a few days, put them aside).  This lets you focus on the ones you don't know as well. Later, when you're nearing the test (week before or thereabouts), you can review the entire stack.
