Whats the best way to let people know you have started a new yahoo group?

If you have a personal webpage you can post the link on there as well as in your signature line in your e-mail program that goes out with messages you send if the owners of other groups allow for it.  

If you have some people that you think would be interested in the group you can send out invitations to them to let them know about the group.
