Which exercises will help me lose weight the most on which equipment at the gym?I'm going to the gym at the moment. I'm doing:20 min treadmill, fast walking20 min on this weird machine were you swing your legs and hold onto bars.15 min on the bike.I'm losing weight but very slowly. 6 kg in 5 weeks. I'm currently 124kg and I plan to lose the weight over a yr so is there a way to speed this up?
