Whats the best way to loss 100lbs ?

I want to loss 100lbs . I am 26 and a young up and comer and I need to look like my age again.

I am sticking to this. What should my meal plan be? I want to excerise we have bikes and treadmellls at my place.

Crappy part I do not do salad, they make me sick or eggs.

Any advise ... I cut all soda even diet just water

Well try eating protein such as meat, fish, chicken, etc. Cut down on all the breads, tortillas, pastas, etc. All those things have lots of carbohydrates which in a way are not too good for you if you want to loose weight. Also try doing lots of exercises and do different things each time. In other words different routines.  

  3. Well i'm not too knowledgable about people who want to loose weight/food but my advise would be to walk just about EVERYWHERE you need to go and then some.

    For example when you go to the grocery store, park at the farthest distance AWAY from the entrance. If something is less than a mile away, then walk there. --Aaand so and and so forth, if you're really commited, it shouldn't be a problem, and you might even have a little fun. MP3's and ear-plugs always help.

    Try not to over-do things. Everything takes time so dont feel discouraged. Some people loose weight faster and slower than others. Thats just how things are.

  8. Count your calories and try to eat only 1200-1500 calories a day. Exercise for at least an hour per day. I lost about 8-9 lbs in a month doing that so it will take awhile but it works.

This doesn't mean eating the same way you did before - the portions for each meal need to be smaller. But you'll find that if you eat 5 meals a day then you won't feel as hungry and will tend not to eat rubbish.
