Whats the best way to lost weight, fast?

i'm 13, weigh 111 pounds, 5'3.

i dont look overweight but im uncomfertable with my weight.

sooo.

i'm gonna go on a diet.

NOTHING EXTREME or ANOEREXIC, OKAY?

just no junk food, plenty of exersize.

but what kinds of foods shuld i b eating?

and doz special k diet work?

  1. NOOOOOO!!!!! Don't you dare take some diet thingys!  They're not healthy you know.  It's just better to walk, or jog a mile every day.  If you don't want to lose weigh that fast, jog or walk 3 miles every week.  It's better, much better than taking pills.  You should be eating normally.  Nothing completely healthy but just not really really fattening stuff with a lot of cheese.  Don't go on a diet, er you can go on a diet but don't do anything like, eating a carrot or celery stick, not healthy.  You can get dizzy and stuff and it's not good for your body.  So just follow these steps.  It's all good tips.  My friend lost 18 pounds in one month just doing this.  I'm tellin' you.  Do this.


  2. You're 111 pounds and 5'3". Your BMI isn't even 20. 25 is considered overweight so you don't need to lose any weight. Seriously you are only 13. Don't mess with your body when there is no need to.
