Whats the best way to make good money as a soon to be 15 yr old?

That's good your looking to be responsible and earn your own money.You can start with the yellow pages and call some Store,or fast food  restaurant to see if they are hiring for your age group,or ask the neighbors can you help with Yard or around the house work.

Your work ethic is already showing, you want to earn your money instead of having it handed to you :o)  That's a start.  If you don't want to just ask for it, you could ask her to pay you for doing chores or odd jobs around the house (she can set the cost) or you could babysit.
